Cobweb Cup 2024

Brush those webs off your hockey sticks and come have a hit around!

The Cobweb Cup to an opportunity for clubs to submit their teams for the Winter Season and use the day as a trial run. Teams outside of the Wagga Winter Competition are also welcome to join.

Pools

Teams to be submitted in the following pools:

• Pool A: Women
  • Divisions 1, 2, and 3
• Pool B: Men
  • Divisions 1, 2, and 3

Round-robin style tournament.

• 11-a-side, including Goalkeepers
• Teams must provide their own umpire
• Ages 12+
• Full Field
• Reduced game time depending on heat (to be determined)

Game rules

• No short corners (to be taken as longs)
• No tomahawks

It is strongly recommended that you wear shin pads and a mouth guard.

TEAM REGISTRATIONS CLOSE 29th March 2024. Players within those teams may continue to register up until the day of the competition. 

Please speak to your club coordinators prior to submission of any new team.

Ensure all of your players are registered with this event to cover them for injury insurance.
